What I do

Interim manager and consultant with non executive director experience working in strategic marketing and business development implementation roles; extensive experience in project management, feasibility studies, business development, marketing strategy, market research, market planning.

Good knowledge of new marketing/social networking channels including development of new web based marketing channels.

Experience with negotiating transfer of leisure/museum operations from local authority to a trust.

Current projects:
Options appraisal including a development plan for a historic house and heritage centre for a local authority
Feasibility study for a new visitor attraction and heritage centre in Wales
Business development and marketing plan for a further education college
